Lead Pastors
Paul & Christi Earle
Pastors Paul & Christi Earle are founding pastors of Valley Chapel, one church with two locations. Launching in February 2024. The Earle's are passionate about the local church, helping people find their purpose, and reaching those far from God.
Pastors Paul & Christi graduated from Phoenix First Pastors College under the leadership of Tommy Barnett. They helped build New Life Family Church in downtown Gilbert, becoming Lead Pastors in 2012.
They have four children: Taylor, Austin, Sam, Hannah

Mark & Holly Earle
Pastors Mark & Holly Earle are founding pastors of Valley Chapel, one church with two locations. Launching in February 2024. The Earle's are passionate about the local church, helping people find their purpose, and reaching those far from God.
Pastor Mark graduated from Arizona Christian University, with a degree in Business Administration and minor in Theology. Pastor Holly graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Business degree. They both have worked in full-time ministry for over 19 years in church and education prior to planting Valley Chapel.
They have two children: Ashley and Andrew
